Ms. Comito represents small and medium-sized corporations and partnerships concerning complex commercial litigation, commercial contracts and construction projects. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial and construction litigation, lien law, real estate litigation, insurance coverage litigation, commercial contract litigation, employment law, and management-side labor law, including before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
She formerly practiced with Beier Howlett, where her emphasis was on insurance defense litigation and family law. She has also taught courses in business law at the Detroit College of Business.
